10 ipotesi sulle 10 tesi preliminari sull’indagine sonora militante

UltraUltraRed è un progetto di editoria ibrida risultato di una serie di workshop durati sei mesi sulle nuove radiofonie il cui tema fondante è il testo/manifesto sull’indagine sonora militante del collettivo americano Ultra-red.
Ne viene fuori un libretto sonificato che include 10 ipotesi sonore sviluppate da giovani artisti che interpretano il testo “maestro” 10-Preliminary-Theses-on-Militant-Sound-Investigation.
La pubblicazione ospita una introduzione di Ultra-red che con un incipit ha avviato la ricerca per la creazione di un database di records di campi sonori ambientali e sociali, di testi-tracce, di 10 interventi di 10 giovani artisti/cittadini.
La pubblicazione composta da un booklet ed un CD costituisce la prima traduzione italiana dell’importante testo sorgente, amplificato anche dalle traduzioni/interpretazioni di 10 transistor, 10 ricercatori che hanno aderito e solidarizzato con l’idea di mediare un manifesto teorico in 10 punti.
Il manifesto infatti detta 10 punti necessari per l'indagine sul paesaggio sonoro, sull'attivismo e la ricerca sociale connessa, sul field recordings, aspetti che di fatto vanno ad abbracciare vari aspetti come la teoria del silenzio, la registrazione ambientale e sociologica, il discorso politico, la musica pop, il canto popolare della protesta civile.
